摘要
为了满足对非开挖状态的埋地管道进行无损缺陷检测的需求,该文根据磁记忆检测技术(MMMT)可以仅在地磁场环境下实现对铁磁性管道应力集中状态检测的原理,结合多路信号同步采集技术,设计了一种基于磁记忆检测技术的金属管道磁应力测量系统。采用STM32F103RCT6作为系统的主控芯片,对电源电路、信号调理电路、多路信号采集电路以及信号采集处理程序、人机交互界面等进行设计。实验结果表明,该系统能够对非开挖状态下的埋地管道进行无损缺陷检测,实现对管道腐蚀缺陷、焊缝等存在应力集中部位的准确判断,其误差在2%以内。
In order to meet the needs of non-destructive defect detection of buried pipelines in the trenchless state,according to the principle that Metal Magnetic Memory Testing(MMMT) can detect the stress concentration state of ferromagnetic pipelines in the geomagnetic environment,combined with the multi-channel signal synchronous acquisition technology,a metal pipe magnetic stress measurement system based on magnetic memory detection technology is designed in this paper. The main control chip of the system is STM32F103RCT6,the power supply circuit,signal conditioning circuit,multichannel signal acquisition circuit,signal acquisition and processing program,and human-computer interaction interface are designed. The experimental results show that the system can perform non-destructive defect detection on buried pipelines in the trenchless state,and realize accurate judgments of corrosion defects,welds and other stress-concentrated parts of the pipeline,with an error of less than 2%.
