摘要
现代企业中存在不同的业务流程,业务流程管理(Business Process Management,BPM)是企业提高竞争力和创新能力的必要条件,因此需要一个统一的业务流程平台管理。文章采用了IBMBPM系统作为流程建设平台,详细介绍了企业级的业务流程建设方案,包含系统架构设计、多种不同的流程开发方式介绍以及流程门户的设计等。该方案提供了完善的业务流程运行、管理和监控等功能,能全面可视业务流程并能综合管理,适用于企业建设自己的业务流程平台,并在该平台上持续进行流程监控和业务流程扩展。
Business Process Management(BPM) is a necessity for enterprises to improve competitiveness and innovation,so a unified business process platform is needed to manage.This paper adopts IBM BPM system as a process construction platform,and introduces the enterprise-level business process construction scheme in detail,including system architecture design,introduction to a variety of different process development methods,and process portal design.The solution provides perfect functions such as business process operation,management and monitoring,which can fully visualize and comprehensively manage business processes,which is suitable for enterprises to build their own business process platform,and continuously carry out process monitoring and business process expansion on the platform.
