摘要
港口皮带机系统有着很强的复杂性,也面临复杂繁琐的应用环境,为了能够更好地适应现代化港口的发展需求,充分发挥皮带机在货物运输方面的优势,应做好港口皮带机的改造工作,将变频技术应用到皮带机控制系统中,通过变频控制来实现对皮带机实际运行速度的调节,保障皮带机运行的稳定性和可靠性。文章从变频技术的原理出发,分析了皮带机应用变频技术的必要性,并对港口皮带机改造方案以及变频技术的实际应用情况进行了探讨,以供参考。
The port belt conveyor system has a strong complexity,but also faces a complex and cumbersome application environment.In order to better adapt to the development needs of modem ports and give full play to the advantages of the belt conveyor in cargo transportation,we should do a good job in the transformation of the port belt conveyor,apply the frequency conversion technology to the belt conveyor control system,and realize the adjustment of the actual running speed of the belt conveyor through the frequency conversion control,ensuring the stability and reliability of belt conveyor operation.Based on the principle of frequency conversion technology,this paper analyzes the necessity of applying frequency conversion technology to belt conveyor,and discusses the transformation scheme of port belt conveyor and the actual application of frequency conversion technology for reference.
