摘要 [研究目的]厘清智库高影响力的影响因素组态路径,对于智库提升影响力具有重要意义。[研究方法]基于政治系统理论构建智库影响力的影响因素分析框架,根据分析框架遴选7个变量作为智库影响力的前因条件,通过48个智库案例的模糊集定性比较分析,识别智库高影响力的组态路径。[研究结论]研究发现,单个影响因素不构成智库影响力提升的必要条件和阻碍条件,但是低信息情报能力对智库影响力的提升具有一定阻碍作用,强管理能力对智库影响力提升具有强大推动作用。智库高影响力的组态路径包括信息驱动型、传播倡导型和研究资政型,不同的智库可以根据自身情况选择适合自己的影响力提升路径。 [Research purpose]Clarifying the configuration path of the high-impact influence factors of think tanks has great significance for the rise of think tanks'impact.[Research method]Based on the theory of political system,the framework of influence factors of think tank influence is constructed.7 variables were selected as the antecedent conditions of think tank influence according to the analysis framework,and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis was adopted to analyze the 48 think tank cases to identify the high-impact configuration path of think tanks.[Research conclusion]The study found that single influencing factor does not constitute a necessary or hindering condition for the improvement of the impact of think tanks,but low information ability has a certain hindering effect on the improvement of the influence of think tanks,strong management ability has a powerful role in promoting the impact of think tanks.The high-influence configuration path of think tanks includes information-driven type,dissemination and advocacy type,and research and counseling type.Different think tanks can choose their own impact promotion path according to their own conditions.
