摘要
合理的排板方式是保障航空油料储罐锥形底板结构安全性和建设经济性的关键。针对现有排板方式存在的问题,分析常见矩形和扇形排板几何特征,融合两种排板方式的优势提出了一种改进的矩形锥底排板方式。选取4种不同容量油罐,采用改进矩形排板方式进行设计,并与已有排板方式进行对比分析,进而利用层次分析法对3种排板方式进行综合评价,验证了改进矩形排板方式的优势。结果表明:改进矩形排板方式融合了传统矩形排板和扇形排板的优势,用于锥底油罐排板设计的结构安全性较好,且制作成本低;相比于其他两种方式,改进矩形排板方式在结构安全性和制作成本方面的综合权重指标高7%以上,为最佳锥底排板方式。研究成果可为立式钢制锥底油罐底板排板设计优化提供指导,保障航空油料安全、经济储存。(图9,表3,参22)
Reasonable plate arrangement is the key to ensure the structural safety and construction economy of the conical bottom of aviation oil tank. Aiming at the problems existing in plate arrangement, the geometric features of the rectangular or sectorial plate arrangements were analyzed, and an improved rectangular plate arrangement of conical bottom was proposed by combining the advantages of the two plate arrangements. Specifically, four kinds of oil tanks with diferent capacities were selected and designed with the improved rectangular plate arrangement. Then, it was compared with the existing plate arrangement. Besides, the analytic hierarchy process was used to evaluate the three plate arrangements comprehensively, thereby verifying the advantages of the improved plate arrangement. The results show that the improved rectangular plate arrangement combines the advantages of the traditional rectangular or sectorial plate arrangements, with better structural safety and lower production cost for the plate arrangement design in conical bottom of oil tanks. Compared with the other two plate arrangements, the comprehensive weight index of the improved plate arrangement is more than 7% higher in the aspects of structural safety and production cost, and it is the optimal plate arrangement of conical bottom. The research results could provide guidance for the optimization of plate arrangement design for the conical bottom of vertical steel oil tanks, so as to ensure the safe and economic storage of aviation oil.(9 Figures, 3 Tables, 22 References)
