不同通道结构下印刷电路板式换热器流动换热特性 被引量:2

Flow and heat transfer characteristics of printed circuit heat exchangers with different channel structures

摘要 为规范、准确地比较分析通道结构对换热器流动换热特性的影响,选择直线形、Z形、S形及翼形通道印刷电路板式换热器(Printed Circuit Heat Exchangers,PCHE),采用Fluent稳态模拟方法,以超临界LNG为工质,以相同单位体积换热面积及通道长度为标准建立数值模型,分析4种通道结构在不同进口温度、质量流量及操作压力下的换热与压降性能,以及局部流动换热特性的变化规律。结果表明:高进口温度、大流量、低压力下的通道具有更好的换热性能,Z形通道换热能力最强,S形通道压降最高,翼形通道综合换热性能最强;通道内流体单位面积换热量在拟临界点附近会产生剧烈波动与回升,沿程压降随流速和通道结构的不同呈不同形式增长。研究成果可为浮式液化天然气设施换热器选取与通道内部结构改进提供理论依据。(图10,表1,参20) In order to analyze and compare the influence of channel structure of heat exchanger on its flow and heat transfer characteristics more standardized and accurate, numerical models were established based on the same unit volume heat transfer area and channel length through Fluent steady-state simulation using supercritical LNG as the working medium, for the printed circuit heat exchangers(PCHE) with straight, Zigzag, S-shaped, and airfoil channels. In this way, the heat transfer and pressure drop performance of 4 types of channel structure at diferent inlet temperatures, mass flow rates and operating pressures, as well as the development laws of local flow and heat transfer characteristics, were analyzed. The results indicate that the channel has better heat transfer characteristics at high inlet temperature, large mass flow rate and low operating pressure. Among the four channels, the Zigzag channel has the strongest heat transfer capacity, the S-shaped channel has the highest pressure drop, and the airfoil channel has the best integrated heat transfer performance. In addition, the heat transfer per unit area of the fluid in the channel may fluctuate and rise sharply near the quasi-critical point, and the pressure drop along the way may increase in diferent forms depending on the flow rate and the channel structure. In general, the research could provide theoretical basis for the selection of heat exchanger for the floating LNG facilities and the improvement of internal structure of the channel.(10 Figures, 1 Table,20 References)
