摘要 针对军工电子产品维修保障和故障诊断定位的实际需求,提出了基于面向测试性的FMECA的测试性仿真分析方法。首先,介绍了面向测试性的FMECA方法和测试性仿真分析方法;然后,以某测控系统地面数据终端为例建立多信号流图模型,在此基础上开展了测试性定量和定性仿真分析,从而达到测试性设计要求。研究结果表明:该方法可以对产品测试性设计进行综合评估,并为产品测试性设计改进提供依据,说明了该方法在军工电子产品中应用的可行性和有效性。 Aiming at the actual requirements of maintenance support and fault diagnosis and location of military electronic products,a testability simulation analysis method based on testability-oriented FMECA is proposed.Firstly,the testability-oriented FMECA method and testability simulation analysis method are introduced.Then,taking the ground date terminal of a measurement and control system as an example,the multi-signal flow graph model is established,and on this basis,the testability quantitative and qualitative simulation analysis is carried out to meet the requirements of testability design.The research results show that this method can comprehensively evaluate product testability design,and provide a basis for the improvement of the product testability design,which shows the feasibility and effectiveness of this method in military electronic products.
