摘要
PET/TiO_(2)复合膜是一种食品包装覆膜铁罐的表面膜,在包装食品时与食品接触,其中TiO_(2)向包装食品中的迁移机理,是评价其作为食品包装安全性的重要依据。在酸性食品模拟液中,TiO_(2)的迁移速率相对较高,通过AFM、SEM及TEM的分析测试确定迁移机理。结果表明:复合膜中TiO_(2)不仅会以离子溶解扩散的方式迁移,而且还存在表面解吸与聚合物降解的迁移,导致迁移液中TiO_(2)和PET降解物质共存。
PET/TiO_(2)composite film is used as the surface layer for polymer-laminated steel cans for food packaging.As for the packaging food,it is the contact surface to food.The migration mechanism of TiO_(2)into packaged food is an important basis for evaluating its safety as a food packaging.Owing to the high migration rate in acid food simulants,the migration mechanism is determined by AFM,SEM and TEM.The results showed that TiO_(2)in the composite film not only migrated in the form of ion dissolution diffusion,but also migrated in the form of surface desorption and polymer degradation,resulting in the coexistence of TiO_(2)and PET degradation substances in the migration solution.
