摘要
槐糖脂是一种糖脂类生物表面活性剂,因其产量高,且具有良好的生物相容性与低毒性而被广泛应用。在医药领域,槐糖脂表现出优秀的药物活性,多个研究表明,槐糖脂对癌细胞的抑制作用具有普适性,且槐糖脂可以激活癌细胞中多条凋亡通路并能有效阻滞癌细胞的有丝分裂与迁移扩散;槐糖脂对疱疹病毒与艾滋病病毒有良好的抑制作用,并具有潜在的病毒抑制活性。综述系统介绍了自槐糖脂发现以来对槐糖脂的抗癌和抗病毒活性以及相关机理的研究进展,并展望了槐糖脂在抗癌和抗病毒药物开发方面存在的问题与发展方向。
Sophorolipids are glycolipid biosurfactants with wide application because of their high yield,good biocompatibility,and low toxicity.In the field of medicine,sophorolipids exhibit excellent pharmaceutical activity.Many studies have shown that the inhibitory effect of sophorolipids on cancer cells is universal,and sophorolipids can activate multiple apoptotic pathways in cancer cells and effectively block the mitosis,migration and diffusion of cancer cells;sophorolipids have a good inhibitory effect on herpes virus and AIDS virus,and have potential virus inhibitory activity.In this review,the research progress of anticancer activity,antiviral activity and related mechanisms of sophorolipids since the discovery are systematically introduced,and the problems and development directions of sophorolipids are prospected in the development of anticancer and antiviral drugs.
