摘要
随着乡村振兴战略的深入推进,高素质农民作为乡村振兴战略中的首要动力,逐渐受到了来自多方位的重视,而高素质农民胜任力素质是衡量高素质农民总体技能知识水平的有效途径。基于AHP法,结合高素质农民胜任力素质的各项权重比例,构建了高素质农民胜任力素质评估指标,通过问卷设计与调研,就调研结果计算各因素的相对重要性并进行排序,确定影响高素质农民胜任力素质的关键因素。对高素质农民胜任力素质评价体系的构建及分析研究有助于完善高素质农民培育体系,对关键影响因素分析有助于对高素质农民素质培育提出针对性建议,促进农民整体素质水平的提升,加强“三农”人才队伍建设,进而推进新农村建设与农业发展。
With the in-depth advancement of rural revitalization strategy, farmers with high-quality, as the primary driving force in the rural revitalization strategy, have gradually received attention from multiple sources. The competence of high-quality farmers is an effective way to measure the overall skill and knowledge level of high-quality farmers. Based on the AHP method, combined with the various weight ratios of the competence quality of high-quality farmers, the evaluation indexes of the competence quality of high-quality farmers were constructed, through the questionnaire design and survey, the relative importance of each factor was calculated and ranked to determine the key factors affecting the competence quality of high-quality farmers based on the survey results. The construction and analysis of the competency evaluation system for high-quality farmers will help to improve the cultivation system for high-quality farmers, and the analysis of the key factors will help to put forward targeted suggestions for the cultivation of high-quality farmers, promote the improvement of the overall quality of farmers, strengthen the construction of the talent team for agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and further promote the construction of new rural areas and agricultural development.
