摘要
本文研究了高等职业教育发展的国家政策要求及“三区联动”的理论研究成果,从产教融合的视角实证分析了现今高等职业院校与园区、社区互动的情况。提出了基于“共生理论”构建高等职业院校校区、园区、社区融合发展体系的观点,并在新的“三区融合”体系中客体间地位的平等性、利益的互利性、沟通机制的畅通性等方面进行理论论述,从实施组织、实施过程、师资体系、评价体系四个方面提出高职院校“三区融合”体系的模型,以南京科技职业学院为例对实践过程进行分析并评价,提出改进思路。
Based on the national policy requirements for the development of higher vocational education and the relevant theories of “three areas integration”, the paper empirically analyzes the current interaction among Higher Vocational Colleges, industrial parks and communities from the perspective of the integration of industry and education. Then it puts forward the viewpoint of constructing the integrated development system on the basis of “Symbiosis Theory”, and theoretically expounds the equality, the benefits as well as the effective communication mechanism among the three parties. A “Three Areas Linkage” model is constructed from four aspects: organization, process, teachers team, and assessment system. Taking Nanjing Polytechnic Institute as a study case, it is believed that there is still some room for improvement on the process.
