摘要
目的优选芳香通络饮的提取工艺及成型工艺,为制剂开发及中试生产提供基础研究。方法采用L9(34)正交试验法,以萃取次数、萃取时间、加用水量为考察要素,优选芳香通络饮的萃取生产工艺。通过对颗粒成型性、吸湿性和流动性的考察,确定了成型工艺。结果正交试验得出最佳提取工艺为加8倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1.5 h;最佳颗粒制备工艺为:玉米淀粉与清膏的比例为3:1,以75%乙醇为黏合剂,所制得的颗粒成型性、流动性好。结论优化后的制备工艺合理,生产简单,成本经济,稳定性好,各项指标均符合医疗机构制剂的有关规定。
Objective To optimize the extraction process and molding process of Fangxiang Tongluo drink,and to lay a research formulation for its development and pilot production.Methods The L9(34)orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the extraction process of Fangxiang Tongluo drink by investigating the extraction times,extraction time and amount of water.The molding process was determined by studying the formability,moisture absorption and fluidity of the particles.Results The orthogonal experiment showed that the best extraction process was set as follows:amount of water=8 times the weight of herbs,extraction times=3,decocting time=1.5 hours per extraction.The optimum particle preparation process was determined as:the ratio of wet cream to cornstarch=1:3,selected adhesive solution=75%ethanol,which resulted in the prepared granules with eligible formability and fluidity.Conclusion The optimized preparation technology is reasonable,simple,cost-efficient and stable,and all the indicators are in line with the relevant provisions of medical institutions.
