摘要
手功能障碍是中风后常见并发症之一,因手功能的活动极为精密,投射在大脑皮质区域广泛,一旦受损其功能的恢复极为困难,严重影响患者的生活和工作质量。首都国医名师贺普仁教授认为中风手功能障碍多与寒凝脉阻、气血瘀滞、经筋失荣相关,而火针因其有针有热,集中了针刺与艾灸双重优势,可借助针力与火力,无邪则温补,有邪则祛邪,可温通筋脉,使经络通畅、气血调和,又可通过借火助阳鼓舞血气运行,散结开滞,疏导气血。本文通过介绍贺氏火针治疗中风后手功能障碍,以期对其临床治疗提供新思路。
Hand dysfunction is one of the common complications after stroke, because the activity of hand function is extremely sophisticated and projected in a wide range of cortical areas, once damaged its function is extremely difficult to recover, which seriously affects the quality of life and work of patients.Professor He Puren, a famous master of national medicine in the capital, believes that hand dysfunction in stroke is mostly related to cold blockage of the veins, stagnation of qi and blood, and loss of glory of the tendons, while fire acupuncture, because it has needles and heat, concentrates the double advantages of acupuncture and moxibustion, can be used with the power of needles and fire to warm and tonic if there is no evil, and to dispel evil if there is evil, which can warm the tendons and make the meridians smooth and the qi and blood harmonious, and can encourage the blood to run by using fire to help the yang, dispel the knots and open the stagnation, and unblock the qi and blood.This paper introduces He’s fire acupuncture treatment for hand dysfunction after stroke, in order to provide new ideas for its clinical treatment.
