摘要
目的 探讨与总结优质护理管理干预对急危重症患者康复的效果。方法 纳入2021年至2022年邹平市人民医院重症医学科收治的80例急危重症患者,依照数字随机的原则均分为观察组与对照组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组以上述护理为基础,联合优质护理。统计组间抢救成功率以及医疗纠纷发生率;统计组间护理满意度;心理状态评分以焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)量表评估,分值越高其心理状态越差;统计护理不良事件,包括医嘱处理不当、用药错误、药物不良反应、意外拔管、其他(患者跌倒、烫伤、窒息等);对比两组日常生活能力(ADL)。结果 观察组抢救成功率高于对照组,且医疗纠纷发生率低于对照组,差异显著(P <0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异显著(P <0.05)。SAS、SDS评分分析,护理前组间无差异(P> 0.05),护理后,两组评分均有降低,且观察组评分低于对照组,差异显著(P <0.05)。观察组患者护理不良事件发生率的低于对照组,差异显著(P <0.05)。ADL评分分析,护理前组间无差异(P> 0.05),护理后,两组评分均有提升,且观察组评分高于对照组,差异显著(P <0.05)。结论 优质护理从“以人为本”出发,保证护理措施的优质化,重视康复治疗与护理的细节,以此来保障理想的护理效果;从患者的实际与病情出发,保证护理的针对性,从而提升患者的治疗依从性,以此深化临床治疗效果,加快患者的康复速度;同时,减少护患纠纷的发生,保证了患者的护理安全,提高了患者的护理满意度。
Objective To explore and summarize the effect of high-quality nursing management intervention on the rehabilitation of critical patients. Methods Eighty patients with acute and critical diseases admitted to the Department of Critical Care Medicine,Zouping People’s Hospital from 2021-2022 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the principle of numbers. The control group was given routine care. The observation group, based on the above, combined with highquality nursing. Counted the success rate of rescue and the incidence of medical disputes between groups. The nursing satisfaction between groups was counted. The psychological status was evaluated by SAS and SDS, and the score was inversely proportional to the psychological status. Nursing adverse events include improper treatment of medical orders, medication errors, adverse drug reactions, accidental extubation, and others(patients fall, scald, asphyxia, etc.). The ability of daily living(ADL) of the two groups was compared. Results The success rate of rescue in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of medical disputes was lower than that in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). SAS and SDS scores analysis showed that there was no difference between two groups before nursing(P>0.05), but after nursing, there was a decrease between the groups, and the observation group was lower than the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). The incidence of nursing adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The ADL score analysis showed that there was no difference between the groups before nursing(P>0.05), but after nursing, there was an improvement between the groups, and the observation group was higher than the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion High-quality nursing starts from people-oriented, ensures the high-quality of nursing measures, and pays attention to the details of rehabilitation treatment and nursing to ensure the ideal nursing effect. Proceeding from the patient’s actual situation and condition, ensure the pertinence of nursing, so as to improve the patient’s treatment compliance, so as to deepen the clinical treatment effect, speed up the patient’s recovery, at the same time, reduce the occurrence of nurse patient disputes, ensure the patient’s nursing safety, and improve the patient’s satisfaction with nursing.
