摘要
在城市地铁车站施工中,地下往往存在复杂的管线,严重影响地铁车站的施工,尤其是地下连续墙成槽及钢筋笼安装施工,同时重型器械容易破坏地下管线。本文基于深圳某地铁车站工程,通过钢平台的安装,实现重型器械作业区域内对地下管线的保护;地下连续墙成槽采用先开挖两侧后开挖中部的方法,钢筋笼采用拼幅结构,预留横穿槽段管线的空位,管线采用钢板盒安装,实现地下连续墙施工过程对复杂管线的保护。
In the construction of urban subway stations,there are often complex underground pipelines,which seriously affects the construction of subway stations,especially the grooving of diaphragm walls and the installation of reinforcement cages.At the same time,heavy equipment is easy to damage the underground pipelines.Based on a subway station project in Shenzhen,this paper realizes the protection of underground pipelines in the operation area of heavy equipment through the installation of steel platform;the trench of the diaphragm wall adopts the method of excavating both sides first and then the middle part.The reinforcement cage adopts the splicing structure,and the space for the pipeline crossing the trench section is reserved.The pipeline is installed with steel plate box to realize the protection of complex pipelines during the construction of the diaphragm wall.
