新桥光储充一体化充电站能量管理策略的研究和应用 被引量:8

摘要 为深入贯彻国家能源战略,落实节能减排政策,推动电动汽车产业发展,积极开展了电动汽车智能充电服务网络建设。以国网上海市电力公司松江供电公司建设的一座集光伏、储能、充电于一体的公共快充站——新桥光储充一体化充电站(简称“新桥站”)为例,在快充站建设经验的基础上考虑对站内充电系统、储能系统、光伏系统进行综合优化控制,研究出了一套能量管理策略并将其应用于“新桥站”,实现了能量的优化分配,保障了充电站的安全运行并实现了经济和环境效益最大化。 In order to fully implement the national energy strategy and the energy-saving and emission reduction policies,and promote the development of the electric vehicle industry,We have actively carried out the construe-tion of an intelligent charging service network for electric vehicles.In the case study of Xinqiao PV-storage-charging integrated power station(referred to as"Xinqiao Station"),a public fast charging station built by State Grid Songjiang Power Supply Company of Shanghai Municipal Electric Power Company,a comprehensive opti-mization control is considered for the charging system,energy storage system and photovoltaic system in the sta-tion based on the construction experience of fast charging stations.A set of energy management strategy is devel-oped and applied to"Xinqiao Station",realizing the optimal distribution of energy,guaranteeing the safe opera-tion of the station and maximizing its economic and environmental benefits.
