摘要
色原酮是我国传统中药防风的主要活性成分,具有解热镇痛、抗炎、抗过敏、抗肿瘤等多种药理作用。目前国内外对其尚无系统性总结与综述,因此本文对防风中色原酮类化合物的结构、药理作用以及主要入血成分等相关研究进展进行了全面地阐述,为防风及其有效成分的进一步研究与开发提供参考。
Chromones are the main active ingredients in traditional Chinese medicine Radix Saposhnikoviae,which have many pharmacological effects,such as antipyretic and analgesic,anti-inflammatory,anti-allergic and anti-tumor.However,there is no systematic summary or review to date at home and abroad.Therefore,this paper reviews the structures,pharmacological effects and constituents absorbed into blood of chromones in Radix Saposhnikoviae,so as to provide reference for further research and development of Radix Saposhnikoviae and its effective components.
