摘要
针对目前企业在开展自行监测过程中出现的一些问题,详细解析自行监测技术指南总则和各类自行监测指南,提供更具操作性的综合性指导与建议,帮助排污单位建立自行监测的意识、提升自行监测相关专业认知,从而更加正确规范地结合自身行业特点开展自行监测。
In view of the problems in the process of self-monitoring by enterprises at present,detailed analysis of self-monitoring technology guidelines for pollution sources were conducted,in order to provide more operational comprehensive guidance and suggestions,to help enterprises to establish self-monitoring awareness,enhance self-monitoring related professional awareness.Thus enterprise could carry out self-monitoring more correctly and normatively.
