摘要
以肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)抑制剂为代表的生物治疗已在银屑病中得到广泛引用。受限于伦理审查,妊娠期银屑病使用TNF-α抑制剂多以个案报道为主。针对妊娠期使用TNF-α抑制剂的安全性评价和注意事项能够为银屑病患者制定治疗方案提供依据。
Biological therapy,especially tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)inhibitors,has been widely used in the treatment of psoriasis.Restricted by the rules of ethical review,the application of TNF-αinhibitors in psoriasis during pregnancy was mainly reported in case reports.The safety evaluation and precautions of using TNF-αinhibitors during pregnancy can provide a basis for psoriatic patients to make treatment plans.
