摘要
板牙式锁紧机构提供全结构管卡加固管道的结构承载能力。为了解决在管卡设计中其轴向承载性能的有关结构计算问题,本文通过模型试验对4种规格的板牙式锁紧机构进行了轴向承载力测试,分析了内板牙齿挤毁管道表面并刮断累积金属屑层的锁紧机构失效模式,借鉴刨削力计算公式拟合得到了板牙式锁紧机构单齿轴向承载力与咬入深度的经验公式,并分析了齿间距、齿顶角对单齿承载力的影响。试验结果表明对于相同齿顶角的锁紧机构,齿间距越大的单齿承载力越大;对于相同齿间距的锁紧机构,90°齿顶角的单齿承载力比80°齿顶角的大。
The driver-grip locking mechanism provides the structural bearing capacity of pipeline strengthened by the full-structure clamp. In order to solve the structural calculation problems related to its axial bearing capacity in clamp design, the axial capacity of 4 kinds of driver-grip locking mechanisms is tested through model test in this paper. The failure mode of the locking mechanism in which the grip teeth crushed the pipe surface and scraped off the accumulated chip layer is analyzed. Reference to planing force expression the empirical formula for the axial capacity of a single tooth for the driver-grip locking mechanism is fitted. And the influence of the tooth spacing and apex angle of the grip on the capacity of a single tooth is analyzed. The test results show that for the driver-grip locking mechanism with the same tooth apex angle, the larger the tooth spacing, the greater the single tooth capacity;for the driver-grip locking mechanism with the same tooth spacing, the single tooth capacity of 90°tooth apex angle is larger than that of 80° tooth apex angle.
