豆制品废水资源化综合利用技术研究进展与趋势 被引量:2

摘要 我国的豆制品主要是传统豆制品,所产生的废水是一种影响面较广且较难处理的典型食品废水之一.豆制品废水中含有丰富的有机物,如蛋白质、大豆异黄酮、低聚糖与皂苷等.豆制品废水直接排放不仅会造成经济损失,还会对环境造成污染.介绍了豆制品废水的排放情况和污染特征,阐述了国内外在废水处理及综合应用方面研究成果,探讨了当前豆制品废水处理工程应用中存在的若干问题,并概述了行业发展的方向.以期为豆制品行业节能减排、重要废水资源化循环利用提供指导和借鉴. Traditional soybean products predominate in soybean products market in China, and the resulting wastewater will cause serious pollution, and is difficult to govern.The wastewater of soybean products contains abundant organic matter, such as protein, soy isoflavones, oligosaccharides, and saponins.If the sewage is directly discharged without treatment, the harm is self-evident.It will not only cause economic losses, but also cause environmental pollution.The emission and pollution characteristics of soybean waste water was introduced shortly in this paper.The research achievements of wastewater treatment and comprehensive application in the world were described.The problems existing in the current engineering application of soybean product wastewater treatment were discussed, and the development direction of the industry was specified.It is expected to provide guidance and reference for the energy saving and emission reduction of the soybean product and recycle of soybean processing wastewater.
