摘要
随着智能电网的深化建设,配电网系统迫切需要更精确的精准切负荷策略来维护电网的最后一道安全屏障,保证负荷用电的可靠性。通过构建以维护电力系统稳定运行为约束的切负荷成本模型,以正态随机数权重改进粒子群优化(RPSO)算法进行迭代优化精准切负荷策略,利用罚函数对模型求解确定每个可切除负荷的切负荷量。采用分区电网算例验证了RPSO算法的优化效果,并分析了RPSO算法优化精准切负荷策略的综合性能。
With the deepening of the construction of smart grids, the distribution network system urgently needs more precise and precise load shedding strategies to maintain the last security barrier of the grid and ensure the reliability of load power consumption.By constructing a load shedding cost model for maintaining stable operation of the power system as a constrait, use normal random number weights to improve the particle swarm optimization(RPSO)algorithm to iteratively optimize the precise load shedding strategy, and uses the penalty function to solve the model to determine the cutting load of each resectable load.An example of a partitioned power grid is used to verify the optimization effect of the RPSO resectable algorithm, and the comprehensive performance of the RPSO algorithm to optimize the precise load shedding strategy is analyzed.
