摘要
为了解电机转子在不同转速下的应力状况,本文通过ANSYS对电机转子进行了一系列有限元仿真。首先分析了的转子在给定转速下稳定运行时的应力分布,其次分析了转子在不同转速下的振动模态和临界转速。此外,还分析了电机在突然放电时转子的瞬态应力。分析结果表明转子能在各个工况下极限应力小于材料应力,给定转速远离临界转速,转子能够安全稳定运行。本文对优化和制作转子具有重要意义。
In order to know the stress state of the motor rotor at different speeds,this paper carries out a series of finite element simulations of motor rotor by ANSYS.Firstly,this paper analyzes the stress distribution of the rotor when it runs stably at a given speed.Secondly,this paper analyzes the vibration modes and critical speeds of the rotor at different speeds.In addition,this paper also analyzes the transient stress of the rotor when the motor is suddenly discharged.The analysis results show that the ultimate stress of the rotor is less than that of the material stress under each working condition.The given speed is far away from the critical speed,and the rotor can run safely and stably.This paper is of great significance to the optimization and fabrication of rotors.
