超声技术评估宫颈在预测早产中的新进展 被引量:2

摘要 全世界每年大约有1500万婴儿早产,早产是新生儿死亡的主要原因。早期准确预测早产并及时干预对改善妊娠结局及降低早产儿病死率具有重要意义。超声技术通过实时观察宫颈形态及长度变化、评估宫颈硬度值等来预测早产,具有简单便捷、无辐射、可重复性好的优势,在早产预测方面具有非常重要的价值。本文对超声技术评估宫颈预测早产的研究现状进行综述。 Approximately 15 million babies are born prematurely each year worldwide and preterm birth is the leading cause of neonatal death.Early and accurate prediction of preterm birth and timely intervention are of great significance for improving the pregnancy outcomes and reducing the premature infant mortality.Ultrasound technology predicts preterm birth by observing the changes in cervical shape and length in real time,evaluating the cervical hardness,etc.It has the advantages of simplicity,convenience,no radiation,and good repeatability,and has very important values in the prediction of premature birth.This article reviews the current research status of ultrasound technology to assess the cervix uteri for predicting preterm birth.
