聚氨酯软泡材料的食用色素竭染染色研究

摘要 为了改善聚氨酯软泡材料的染色性能,采用食用色素(胭脂红、柠檬黄、亮蓝)对其进行直接染色和媒染染色,以K/S值为指标,研究了染色pH值、温度、时间和媒染剂用量等对材料颜色参数的影响;进行了拼色染色;测试了染色牢度。结果表明:三种食用色素直接染色的优化工艺为染色pH值4.6、温度100℃、时间30 min;同媒染色的优化工艺为pH值4.6、温度100℃、时间30 min、明矾3%o.w.f;后媒染的优化工艺条件为染色pH值4.6、温度90℃、时间40 min、明矾3%o.w.f。与直接染色相比,三种色素同媒染色K/S值分别提高了66.2%、53.8%和12.1%;后媒染色的K/S值分别提高了90.0%、60.2%和32.0%;通过拼色可丰富聚氨酯软泡材料的色泽;染色后聚氨酯软泡材料皂洗牢度比较差,耐摩擦色牢度达到4级以上。 In order to improve the dyeing performance of polyurethane soft foam materials, the edible pigments(carmine, lemon yellow, bright blue) were adopted to conduct direct dyeing and mordant dyeing. The K/S value was taken as the index, the effects of dyeing pH value, temperature, time and mordant dosage on the color parameters of the materials were studied, color matching dyeing was carried out, and the color fastness was tested. The results showed that the optimal process conditions for direct dyeing of three kinds of edible pigments were pH value 4.6, temperature 100℃ and time 30 min;the optimal process conditions for homochromatic dyeing were pH value 4.6, temperature 100℃, time 30 min, alum 3% o.w.f. The optimal process conditions for post-mordant dyeing were pH value 4.6, temperature 90℃, time 40 min, and alum 3% o.w.f. Compared with direct dyeing, the K/S values of the three pigments in homochromatic dyeing increased by 66.2%, 53.8% and 12.1% respectively;the K/S values of post-medium dyeing increased by 90.0%, 60.2% and 32.0% respectively. The color of polyurethane soft foam material could be enriched by color matching. After dyeing, the soaping fastness of the polyurethane soft foam material was poor and the color fastness to rubbing was above grade 4.
