摘要
为研究养护龄期对VAE乳液和碳纤维改性超细水泥浆结石体抗压强度的影响,对养护龄期为3 d、7 d、14 d的结石体进行室内单轴压缩试验。采用电子扫描显微镜(SEM)确定结石体微观结构,分析其微观固化机理。单轴压缩试验结果表明:随着养护龄期的增加,结石体的抗压强度逐渐提高,前期强度增长速率较快。SEM扫描结果表明:VAE乳液分子将水泥水化产物分子与碳纤维分子紧密包裹,使其成为一个致密的结合体,具有更强的力学性能。
In order to study the effect of curing age on the compressive strength of VAE emulsion and carbon fiber-modified ultrafine cement slurry stone bodies,indoor uniaxial compression tests were performed on stone bodies with curing ages of 3 d,7 d,and 14 d.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)was used to determine the microstructure of the stone body and analyze its microscopic solidification mechanism.The uniaxial compression test results show that:with the increase of curing age,the compressive strength of the stone body gradually increases,and the early strength growth rate is faster;SEM scanning results show that the VAE emulsion molecules tightly bind the cement hydration product molecules to the carbon fiber molecules.The package makes it a dense combination with stronger mechanical properties.
