摘要
恒温箱在各个领域中应用广泛,人们对恒温箱的设计要求也越来越高。文章介绍了一种以低功耗高性能的8位STC89C52单片机为核心,结合无线通信技术和多路继电器自行切换从而达到智能控制的恒温箱。该系统通过温度传感器DS18B20采集温度,由无线通信模块nRF24L01传输数据;通过按键设置温度的上下限和刷新的时间,并由液晶显示器显示;当温度超过设定值,启动蜂鸣器进行报警,同时通过继电器控制加热和制冷。该系统具有结构简单、成本低、控制准确、使用方便等特点,能够满足人们对高性能、多功能恒温箱的基本要求。
The thermostat is widely used in various fields.And the requirements for the design of thermostat are getting higher and higher.A kind of thermostat is introduced in this paper.It is controlled by 8-bit microcontroller STC89C52.It has the characteristics of low power consumption and high performance.The intelligent control can be achieved by combinations of wireless communication technology and self-switching of multi-relay.In this system,the temperature is collected by DS18B20 and the data is transmitted by n RF24L01.The upper and lower limits of the temperature and the refresh time can be set by keys.And they are displayed by LCD1602.When the temperature exceeds the limits,the buzzer alarms.At the same time,the heating and cooling devices are drived by relays.The system has the characteristics of simple structure,low cost,accurate control and easy to use.It can meet people’s basic requirements for thermostat of high performance and multi-function.
