摘要
目的 分析热牙胶系统不同根管充填方法的应用价值及效果。方法 将2019年6月至2020年6月于我院接受根管治疗的89例患者作为研究对象,分为常规组与观察组,常规组患者单纯使用热牙胶连续波加压填充法,观察组患者使用热牙胶连续波加压充填联合冷牙胶侧方加压法进行根管充填。比较两组患者的患牙根管填充质量、根管填充问题事件、术后1周疼痛程度、术后1年临床疗效。结果 观察组患者适填率较常规组高。观察组牙胶端气泡、全部牙胶、根管上部牙胶发生率均优于常规组;观察组术后1年成功率明显高于常规组,术后1周疼痛程度明显低于常规组患者。上述观察指标组间比较,P<0.05。结论 热牙胶连续波加压充填联合冷牙胶侧方加压法能够起到良好疗效,且操作失误少,根尖封闭效果好。
Objective To analyze the application value and effect of different root canal filling methods with hot gutta percha system. Methods Eightynine cases of patients who need root canal treatment in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the conventional group and the observation group. The patients in the conventional group were treated with hot gutta percha continuous wave pressure filling method, while the observation group were treated with hot gutta percha continuous wave pressure filling combined with cold gutta percha lateral compression method quantity. The quality of root canal filling, the comparison of root canal filling events, the pain degree at 1 week after surgery,and the clinical efficacy at 1 year after surgery were compared between the two groups. Results The filling rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the conventional group. The occurrence rate of gum end bubble, total gum and upper gum of root canal in the observation group was higher than that in the conventional group. The one-year success rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group, and the degree of pain was significantly lower than that of the conventional group. The above observation indexes showed differences between groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Hot gutta percha continuous wave compression filling combined with cold gutta percha lateral compression method can play a good curative effect, and the operation error is less, and the apical sealing effect is good.
