摘要
目的归纳总结灌南县第一人民医院呼吸内科收治住院患者常用抗菌药物类型及合理用药情况.方法选取灌南县第一人民医院2021年7月-2021年12月呼吸内科收治患者60例作为研究对象,归纳总结患者常用抗菌药物类型、用药频率等信息,分析联合用药情况,结合患者性别、年龄、病情等资料及药物使用说明书等,探讨抗菌药物不合理使用发生率及常见情况.结果临床呼吸内科较为常用的抗菌药物包括:哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠、左氧氟沙星、头孢他啶、莫西沙星等.60例患者中,48例患者为单独用药,患者占比为80.00%,12例患者为二联用药,占比20.00%,无三联、四联用药患者.结合患者病情、药物使用说明书等分析抗菌药物合理使用情况结果显示,6例患者存在不合理用药问题,占比10.00%,情况具体为:联合用药选择不当、给药剂量选择不当、用药频次选择不当、无指征用药、老年群体用药无调整.结论目前临床呼吸内科住院患者使用抗菌药物进行疾病治疗时仍存在不合理用药情况,应做好药物处方审核工作,减少不合理用药问题,保障患者治疗效果及用药安全性.
Objective The types of commonly used antibiotics and their rational use of inpatients in the Department of Respiratory Medicine of our hospital were summarized.Methods A retrospective analysis of 60 patients admitted to the Department of Respiratory Medicine in our hospital from July 2021 to December 2021 was used as the research object,and the information on the types of antibiotics commonly used by the patients,the frequency of their use,and other information were summarized,and the combined drug use was analyzed.Data and drug instructions,etc.,to discuss the incidence and common situations of irrational use of antibiotics.Results The more commonly used antibacterial drugs in clinical respiratory department include:piperacillin sodium tazobactam sodium,levofloxacin,ceftazidime,moxifloxacin,etc.Among the 60 patients,48 patients received single medication,accounting for 80.00%,12 patients received dual medication,accounting for 20.00%,and there were no triple or quadruple medication patients.The results of the rational use of antibiotics combined with the patient's condition and drug instructions showed that 6 patients had irrational drug use problems,accounting for 10.00%,no indication of medication,no adjustment of medication for the elderly.Conclusion At present,there are stil irrational drug use cases when inpatients in the clinical respiratory department use antibiotics for disease treatment.Drug prescription review should be done to reduce the problem of irrational drug use,and to ensure the treatment effect and drug safety of patients.
