碳纳米管可饱和吸收体被动调Q掺铒光纤激光器

摘要 为了实现一种结构简单紧凑、低成本的1.5μm环形腔可饱和吸收体被动调Q掺铒光纤激光器(EDFL),采用沉积法制备单壁碳纳米管可饱和吸收体薄膜作为系统中的可饱和吸收体器件。将制成的可饱和吸收体器件以“三明治”结构放入环形腔掺铒光纤激光器中,实现了稳定的调Q脉冲输出。被动调Q掺铒光纤激光器,以980 nm半导体激光器作为泵浦源,掺铒光纤作为增益介质,激光器阈值为70 mW,工作波长为1 557.5 nm。当泵浦功率从80 mW增加到180 mW时,各参量均呈一定趋势发展。调Q脉冲的重复频率从11.14 kHz增加到32.73 kHz,脉冲能量从8.4 nJ增加到36.9 nJ,脉冲宽度从16.6μs减小到4.62μs。 In order to realize a 1.5μm ring cavity saturable absorber passively Q-switched erbium-doped fiber laser(EDFL)with simple,compact and low cost,the single wall carbon nanotube saturable absorber film was prepared by deposition method as the saturable absorber device in the system.The saturable absorber device is put into the ring cavity erbium-doped fiber laser in a“sandwich”structure,and the stable Q-switched pulse output is realized.The passive Qswitched erbium-doped fiber laser uses 980 nm semiconductor laser as the pump source and erbium-doped fiber as the gain medium.The laser threshold is 70 mW,the working wavelength is 1 557.5 nm.When the pump power increases from 80 mW to 180 mW,all parameters show a certain trend.The repetition rate of Q-switched pulse increased from 11.14 kHz to32.73 kHz,the pulse energy increased from 8.4 nJ to 36.9 nJ,and the pulse width decreased from 16.6μs to 4.62μs.
