摘要
高血压病是一种以体循环动脉压升高和血压异常为特征的慢性病,致残率和致死率较高,是现阶段威胁我国人民身体健康的主要因素,近年来发病率逐年增高,该病早期症状不明显,稍作调整血压便恢复正常,导致患者前期重视度不够,但当血压突然升高,患者则会出现头晕恶心、心悸等情况,严重时出现神志不清、抽搐等症状,对患者的心、肾、脑功能造成严重损害,目前临床常用的治疗方法主要为降压药物治疗,但长期服用药物患者容易产生耐药性,不利于预后和恢复.中医药理学研究认为,高血压病属中医"眩晕"之范畴,是由患者痰浊引起的肝肾阴虚、肝阳上亢,应以"活血散风,调和肝脾"调控血压为其主要治疗原则,降压药物虽能起到短期疗效,但无法对患者的肝脾进行调节,因此,急需一种辅助降压方法,而针灸作为一种中医特色治疗方法,具有独特的优势,但中医证候分型不一,针刺手法纳入标准也不统一,所呈现的治疗效果也各不相同,文章通过对不同针刺手法的运用理念和疗效分析研究,希望能为之后的高血压病针刺治疗提供有效的治疗思路.
Hypertension is a chronic disease characterized by elevated systemic arterial pressure and abnormal blood pressure.It has high morbidity and mortality rates.It is the main factor threatening the health of the people in my country at this stage.In recent years,the incidence rate has increased year by year,the early symptoms of the disease are not obvious,and the blood pressure will return to normal after a little adjustment,causing the patient to not pay enough attention in the early stage,but when the blood pressure suddenly rises,the patient will experience dizziness,nausea,palpitations,etc.,and in severe cases,confusion,convulsions,etc.This problem causes serious damage to the heart,kidney,and brain functions of patients.Currently,the commonly used clinical treatment methods are mainly antihypertensive drugs,but patients who take drugs for a long time are prone to develop drug resistance,which is not conducive to prognosis and recovery.According to TCM pharmacology research,hypertension belongs to the category of"dizziness"in TCM,which is caused by phlegm turbidity in the liver and kidney,and hyperactivity of liver yang.The principle of treatment is that although antihypertensive drugs can play a short-term effect,they cannot regulate the liver and spleen of patients.Therefore,an auxiliary antihypertensive method is needed.Acupuncture,as a characteristic treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine,has unique advantages.There are different types of symptoms in TCM,the inclusion criteria of acupuncture manipulations are not uniform,and the therapeutic effects presented are also different.Through the analysis and research on the application concept and efficacy of different acupuncture manipulations,this article hopes to provide acupuncture for hypertension in the future.Needle therapy provides effective treatment ideas.
