摘要
在风光新能源微电网中,配置储能可以作为稳定电源点实现风光储微电网-火电机组黑启动。为实现黑启动过程中稳定供电,研究了黑启动全过程储能控制策略,提出了一种变斜率储能换流装置电压控制方案,并在传统无功-电压下垂控制中引入变斜率传递函数模块;再提出一种黑启动并列运行时含有非线性补偿模块的下垂控制方案,并通过小信号模型进行稳定性分析。仿真结果表明:电压控制方案可以抑制黑启动建压过程中的冲击电流,保持储能空充线路时电压稳定;新型下垂控制方案可以抑制风光储微电网-火电机组并列运行时,频率、电压暂态波动。控制策略可以满足风光火储黑启动全过程要求。
The configuration of energy storage in a wind-PV new energy microgrid can be used as a stable power source point to realize the black start of a wind-PV-energy storage microgrid and a thermal power unit.To realize a stable power supply during the black start process,an energy storage control strategy during the whole black start process is studied in this paper.First,a voltage control scheme for a variable slope energy storage converter is proposed,and a variable slope transfer function module is introduced into the traditional reactive power-voltage droop control.Then,a droop control scheme with a nonlinear compensation module is put forward for the parallel operation of black start,and the corresponding stability is analyzed by a small signal model.Simulation results show that the proposed voltage control scheme can suppress the surge current during the process of black start voltage buildup and keep the voltage stable when the energy storage line is empty and charged.The novel droop control scheme can suppress the transient fluctuations of frequency and voltage when the wind-PV-energy storage microgrid and thermal power unit are operating in parallel.Therefore,the proposed control strategy can meet the requirements during the whole black start process of the wind-PV-energy storage microgrid and thermal power unit.
