摘要
新时代,民办高校辅导员与思政教师二者协同育人是高校实施全员、全方位、全过程育人的重要组成部分。主要对新时代高校辅导员与思政教师协同育人的困境进行梳理,并针对存在的不足指出,尝试提出优化协作育人路径。结果表明:在民办高校辅导员与思政教师队伍中协同育人存在的现实困境有民办辅导员与思政教师二者缺乏沟通交流,学科背景瓶颈难以打破导致协同观念不同,协同育人期间二者缺乏育人的认同感,民办高校辅导员与思政教师协同育人效果不佳。提出民办辅导员与思政教师协同育人的优化路径为:构建辅导员与思政教师沟通交流机制,提高学科交融塑造相同的协同观念,促进辅导员与思政教师协同育人认同感,提高民办高校辅导员与思政教师协同育人效果。本文旨在破除民办高校辅导员与思政教师的壁垒,构建协同育人机制,实现高校辅导员与思政教师两支队伍专业素养互补,形成协同育人的联动共振效应。
In the new era,the cooperative education of private college counselors and ideological and political teachers is an important part of the implementation of whole-staff,all-round and whole-process education.Results show that the cooperative education in private colleges counselors and education teachers have private tutors and the existence of education teachers lack of communication,both disciplines background hard to break the bottleneck caused collaborative concept is different,the collaborative education during both the identity of the lack of education,private colleges counselors with political education teacher education effect is not good.The optimization path of private college counselors and ideological and political teachers’cooperative education is proposed as follows:to construct the communication mechanism between the counselors and ideological and political teachers,to improve the integration of disciplines and shape the same cooperative concept,to promote the sense of identity of the counselors and ideological and political teachers’cooperative education,and to improve the effect of private college counselors and ideological and political teachers’cooperative education.This paper aims to break down the barriers between private college counselors and ideological and political teachers,build a collaborative education mechanism,realize the professional quality complementarity of college counselors and ideological and political teachers,and form a linkage and resonance effect of collaborative education.
