摘要
针对离散制造车间对天车运行状态缺乏高效监测手段的问题,提出一套基于超宽带(UWB)定位技术的离散车间天车数据采集与监测系统。基于UWB实时定位系统结合无线传感硬件获取离散车间天车实时定位及负载数据,针对UWB定位异常数据进行平滑处理,运用时空数据融合建模方法输出天车作业相关信息,采用混合开发架构搭建天车可视化监测与数据统计界面。实际应用结果表明:该系统数据处理精度较高,可视化效果良好,提供了高效的天车监测方式。
Aiming at the lack of efficient monitoring means for the operating status of cranes in discrete manufacturing workshop,a set of discrete workshop crane data collection and monitoring system was proposed based on ultra-wideband(UWB)positioning technology.Based on UWB real-time positioning system combined with wireless sensor hardware,real-time positioning and load data of discrete workshop cranes were obtained,the abnormal UWB positioning data were processed smoothly,the information related to crane operation was output by constructing the spatio-temporal data fusion model.A visual monitoring and data statistics interface was built for a discrete workshop crane based on a hybrid development architecture.The practical application shows that the system has high data processing accuracy and good visualization effect,which can provide an efficient way to monitor the crane.
