摘要
目的探讨伊伐布雷定联合双联抗血小板疗法对急性心肌梗死的治疗效果及其对微核糖核酸(miR)-423-5p、miR-499-5p表达的影响。方法抽取2019年8月至2021年12月郑州市第九人民医院收治的急性心肌梗死患者75例,按照治疗方案分为研究组(38例)和对照组(37例)。对照组给予双联抗血小板疗法治疗,研究组给予伊伐布雷定联合双联抗血小板疗法治疗。比较两组血脂水平、心功能、miR-423-5p、miR-499-5p情况。结果治疗后,研究组血脂水平低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组左心室收缩末期内径、左心室舒张末期内径小于对照组(t=17.96、8.32,P均<0.05),研究组左心室射血分数高于对照组(t=8.18,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组miR-423-5p低于治疗前(P<0.05),miR-499-5p高于治疗前(P<0.05);研究组miR-423-5p低于对照组(P<0.05),miR-499-5p高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论伊伐布雷定联合双联抗血小板疗法可优化急性心肌梗死患者miR-423-5p、miR-499-5p表达,并促进心功能及血脂水平改善。
Objective To investigate the effect of ivabradine combined with dual antiplatelet therapy on acute myocardial infarction and its influence on the expression of microRNA(miR)-423-5p and miRNA-499-5p.Methods A total of 75 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to Zhengzhou Ninth People’s Hospital from August 2019 to December 2021 were selected,and the patients were divided into study group(38 cases)and control group(37 cases)according to their treatment plans.The control group was given dual antiplatelet therapy,and the study group was given ivabradine combined with dual antiplatelet therapy.The blood lipid levels,cardiac function,miR-423-5p and miR-499-5p were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the blood lipid level of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the left ventricular end-systolic diameter and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter of the study group were lower than those of the control group(t=17.96,8.32;all P<0.05),and the left ventricular ejection fraction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(t=8.18,P<0.05).After treatment,miR-423-5p of the two groups were lower those before treatment(P<0.05),and miR-499-5p of the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05);miR-423-5p of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the miR-499-5p was higher than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions Ivabradine combined with dual antiplatelet therapy can optimize the expression of miR-423-5p and miR-499-5p in patients with acute myocardial infarction,and can promote the improvement of cardiac function and blood lipid levels.
