摘要
实现全体人民共同富裕,短板在实现农民共同富裕。在党的领导下,经过不断摸索前进,农民共同富裕逐步进入扎实推动阶段。新时代,促进农民共同富裕要重视村干部角色的关键作用。村干部作为规划者、示范者和组织者,是促进农民共同富裕的“主心骨”,在促进实现农民共同富裕进程中发挥着思维创新、行为示范、动员人人的重要功能。促进农民共同富裕,要优化村干部促进农民共同富裕驱动路径。从基层党组织、自身本领内源性维度和多元主体、技术要素、政策体系外部维度出发,增强村干部工作积极性及有效性,驱动村干部赋能农民共同富裕,扎实推进包括农民在内的全体人民共同富裕。
To achieve common prosperity for all the people, the weak link lies in achieving common prosperity for farmers. Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, through constant exploration and progress, the common prosperity of farmers has gradually entered a solid stage of promotion. In the new era, to promote the common prosperity of farmers, we must attach importance to the key role of village cadres. As the planner, demonstrator and organizer, village cadres are the "backbone" of promoting the common prosperity of farmers. They play the role of thinking innovation, behavior demonstration and mobilizing everyone in the process of promoting the common prosperity of farmers. To promote the common prosperity of farmers, it is necessary to optimize the driving path for village cadres to promote the common prosperity of farmers. It is from the internal perspective of grassroots party organizations and their own skills, and from the external perspective of multiple subjects, technical elements and policy systems, to enhance the enthusiasm and effectiveness of village cadres’ work, drive village cadres to empower the common prosperity of farmers, and solidly promote the common prosperity of all people, including farmers.
