摘要 文章根据佛山市佛中人才灯塔产业园在实际运营管理中的痛点,立足于智慧低碳化管理方向,并基于绿色交通、产业碳排和园区低碳发展的思路设计了“1平台3系统”的架构,通过园区三维管理平台统筹低碳交通子系统、低碳能耗子系统和资源高效利用子系统建设,为园区实现全域智慧低碳监管提供服务。论文成果可为典型产业园区的智慧低碳化管理平台建设提供建设方向。 According to the pain points in the actual operation and management of Fozhong Talent Lighthouse Industrial Park in Foshan City, based on the direction of intelligent and low-carbon management, and based on the ideas of green transportation,industrial carbon emission and low-carbon development of the park, this paper designs a framework of "one platform and three systems". The construction of low-carbon transportation subsystem, low-carbon energy consumption subsystem and resource efficient utilization subsystem is coordinated through the park’s three-dimensional management platform, so as to provide services for the park to realize global intelligent low-carbon supervision. The results of this paper can provide the construction direction for the construction of intelligent low-carbon management platform of typical industrial parks.
