摘要
充分利用BIM技术,合理确定装配式建筑的造价、分析降低装配式建筑成本的路径对推广装配式建筑的应用具有重要意义。文章结合工程实践,对BIM模型算量和软件组件进行了探讨,为装配式建筑的应用和BIM技术的应用积累经验,提出了BIM技术控制装配式建筑成本的最优组合方式。
Making full use of BIM technology,reasonably determining the cost of prefabricated buildings and analyzing the path to reduce the cost of prefabricated buildings are of great significance to promote the application of prefabricated buildings.Combined with engineering practice,this paper discusses the calculation of BIM model and software components,accumulates experience for the application of prefabricated building and BIM technology,and puts forward the optimal combination of BIM technology to control the cost of prefabricated building.
