试样几何尺寸对347L材料断裂性能的影响

摘要 开展了347L不锈钢材料紧凑拉伸试样在不同厚度及裂纹长度下的断裂韧性试验研究,并通过有限元分析了上述试样的拘束水平,建立了表观断裂韧度J_(Q0.2BL)与裂尖拘束Q的关联方程。结果表明:试样的断裂韧性J_(Q0.2BL)值随试样厚度增大而减小,1C(T)试样的J-R曲线基本不随初始裂纹长度改变而发生变化,受初始裂纹长度影响的1/2C(T)试样的J_(Q0.2BL)值随裂尖Q减小而增大。研究结果对于材料断裂韧性测试以及含缺陷结构安全评价具有参考意义。 An experimental study on fracture toughness of compact tensile specimens of 347L stainless steel under different thickness and crack length was carried out.The constraint of different specimens was also analyzed by finite element method,and the correlation between apparent fracture toughness J_(Q0.2BL)and constraint Q of crack tip was established.The results show that the fracture toughness of the specimen decreases with the increase of specimen thickness,the J-R curve of 1C(T)specimen does not change with the change of initial crack length,and the J_(Q0.2BL)value of 1/2C(T)specimen affected by the initial crack length increases with the decrease of crack tip Q.The results provide reference for fracture toughness testing of 347L materials and safety evaluation of structures with defects.
