摘要
实现能源的可持续开发利用是秦巴山区社会经济可持续发展的重要一环,从法律角度研究秦巴山区可再生能源发展意义重大。鉴于此,本文分别对秦巴山区可再生能源开发利用及相关法律政策的现状进行分析,进而对秦巴山区可再生能源开发利用法律保障的必要性、可能性及有效性进行论述,以期为秦巴山区可再生能源发展提供有效的法律依据。
To realize the sustainable development and utilization of energy is an important part of the sustainable development of the whole Qinba mountainous area.It is of great significance to study the development of renewable energy in the Qinba mountainous area from the perspective of law.In view of this,this paper analyzes the current situation of the development and utilization of renewable energy and relevant laws and policies in the Qinba mountainous area,and discusses the necessity,possibility and effectiveness of the legal guarantee for the development and utilization of renewable energy in the Qinba mountainous area,so as to provide an effective legal basis for the development of renewable energy in the Qinba mountainous area.
