摘要
为探讨在饲料中添加枯草芽孢杆菌和粪肠球菌对鲫鱼生长发育、免疫机能及肠道菌群的影响,将900尾鲫鱼分为3个试验组,分别饲喂基础饲料(S1)、添加枯草芽孢杆菌与粪肠球菌混合饲料(S2)和添加枯草芽孢杆菌饲料(S3),在饲喂47 d后检测3组鲫鱼的生长性能、免疫指标和肠道菌群生物多样性。结果显示,添加枯草芽孢杆菌和粪肠球菌混合饲料组鲫鱼的增质量率、特定生长率和饵料系数均显著高于其他组(P<0.05),该组鲫鱼血清的丙二醛(MDA)含量显著下降且低于其他2组(P<0.05),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性较其他2组显著升高(P<0.05);3组鲫鱼肠道菌群中多为厚壁菌门和变形菌门,共有优势菌属均为梭菌属,其中枯草芽孢杆菌和粪肠球菌混合饲料饲养组(S2组)鲫鱼的肠道菌群更具多样性。由此可见,枯草芽孢杆菌和粪肠球菌可有效促进鲫鱼生长,改善鲫鱼肠道菌群结构,增强其免疫机能。
In order to study the effects of Bacillus subtilis and Enterococcus faecalis on the growth,immune function and intestinal flora of Carassius auratus,900 healthy crucian carps were divided into three experimental groups and fed with basal feed(S1),mixed feed of Bacillus subtilis and Enterococcus faecalis(S2)and Bacillus subtilis feed(S3),respectively.Growth performance,immune indices and intestinal microflora diversity of Carassius auratus in the three groups were detected after feeding for 47 days.The results showed that the weight gain rate,specific growth rate and feed conversion ratio of crucian carps in S2 group were significantly higher than those in other groups(P<0.05).The content of malondialdehyde in serum of crucian carps in S2 group was significantly decreased and lower than that in other groups(P<0.05),and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and alkaline phosphatase(AKP)were significantly higher than those in other groups(P<0.05).The intestinal dominant floras of Carassius auratus in the three groups were mainly composed of Firmicutes and Proteobacteria,while the common dominant genus was Clostridium.Compared with the S1 group and S3 group,the intestinal flora of crucian carp in the S2 group was more diverse.In conclusion,Bacillus subtilis and Enterococcus faecalis can effectively promote the growth of Carassius auratus,improve the intestinal flora structure of Carassius auratus and enhance their immune function.
