摘要
为进一步提高智能焊接技术的应用水平,更好地适应工业现代化的需求,助力工业4.0的实现,采取理论与实践相结合的方法,进行深入的行业调查,探讨智能焊机技术的运用现状与发展趋势。结果表明,智能技术与焊接工作的实践融合发展已经完成,但在细节方面还有待改善,今后应当从机器人升级、工件检测和焊接专机等方面加以改善,提高工作效率。
Welding is one of the key technologies of heavy machinery manufacturing, which plays an important role in product quality, reliability and safety.In order to further improve the added value of the manufacturing industry, better adapt to the needs of industrial modernization, and help the realization of industry 4.0, we adopt the method of combining theory and practice, and discuss the application status and development trend of intelligent welding machine technology. The results show that the practical integration of intelligent technology and welding work has been completed, but the details need to be improved. In the future, the work efficiency should be improved from the aspects of robot upgrade, workpiece inspection, welding special machine and so on.
