涤棉织物耐碱分散染料/活性染料同浆印花工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 为解决常规分散染料不耐碱,造成其无法和活性染料在同浆碱性条件下印制涤棉织物的问题,采用高耐碱分散染料和活性染料进行涤棉织物同浆印花。分析了色浆中NaHCO_(3)、六偏磷酸钠、防染盐S、尿素的用量,以及焙烘、汽蒸的温度和时间对印花织物得色量的影响,确定了最佳同浆印花工艺条件:NaHCO_(3)质量分数为2%、六偏磷酸钠质量分数为1%、防染盐S质量分数为1%、尿素质量分数为3%;105℃下汽蒸8 min, 180℃下焙烘2 min。研究表明,耐碱分散染料/活性染料同浆碱性印花并采用汽蒸-焙烘固色工艺流程,具有工艺步骤少、流程短、节省能耗的特点,所得织物可达到传统两相法印花织物K/S值,且织物具有良好的耐摩擦色牢度和耐洗色牢度。 In order to solve the problem that conventional disperse dyes cannot be printed on polyester-cotton fabrics with reactive dyes in one paste under alkali conditions due to their weak alkali-resistant, high alkali-resistant disperse dyes and reactive dyes were used for the one paste printing of polyester-cotton fabrics. The influences of the amount of NaHCO3, sodium hexametaphosphate, anti-dying salt S and urea in the color paste, as well as the temperature and time of baking and steaming on the color yield of printed fabrics were analyzed, and the optimal parameters of printing process were determined: the mass fraction of NaHCO3was 2%, sodium hexametaphosphate was 1%, anti-dyeing salt S was 1%, and urea was 3%;and the printed fabric should be steamed at 105 ℃ for 8 min and cured at 180 ℃ for 2 min. The study shows that the printing of polyester-cotton fabric under alkaline condition with alkali resistant disperse dyes and reactive dyes in one paste and the process of steaming and baking in turn have the advantages of less steps, short process, saving energy consumption and working hours. The fabric obtained in one paste can reach the same K/S value as the fabric printed with traditional two-phase process, and it has good color fastness to rubbing and washing.
