船舶液压系统功率智能匹配设计

摘要 大型船舶工作环境恶劣、工况多变,船舶柴油机系统在大负载扰动下,长期在高油耗区作业,系统功耗高,经济性差。液压控制技术通过液压泵和液压执行单元将压力能转换为机械能,具有传动平稳、控制精度高等优点。本文针对大型船舶液压系统的功率损失问题,结合现有的液压系统结构,设计一种船舶液压系统的功率智能匹配模块,针对功率智能匹配模块的关键原理和构成进行详细介绍。 The working environment of large ships is harsh and the working condition is changeable. The marine diesel engine system works in the high fuel consumption zone for a long time under the disturbance of large load. The system has high power consumption and poor economy. Hydraulic control technology converts pressure energy into mechanical energy through hydraulic pump and hydraulic execution unit, which has the advantages of smooth transmission and high control precision. Aiming at the problem of power loss of large ship hydraulic system and combining with the existing hydraulic system structure, this paper designs an intelligent power matching module of ship hydraulic system, and introduces the key principle and structure of the intelligent power matching module in detail.
