摘要
在高职院校数控加工教学过程中合理应用实训人才培养模式,能够有效提升学生的综合实践能力,为学生的职业发展奠定坚实的基础。文中通过分析高职院校数控加工实训人才培养模式的应用意义,深入分析了当前高职院校在数控加工实训中存在的问题,并根据实际情况提出了高职院校数控加工实训人才培养模式,以便让数控加工人才能够更好地满足工作岗位的要求。
In the process of NC machining teaching in higher vocational colleges,the reasonable application of the training mode of practical talents can effectively improve students’comprehensive practical ability and lay a solid foundation for students1 career development.This paper analyzes the application significance of the training mode of numerical control processing training talents in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the problems existing in the current numerical control processing training in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the training mode of numerical control processing training talents in higher vocational colleges according to the actual situation,so that the numerical control processing talents can better meet the requirements of the job.
