摘要
目的探讨对分课堂联合标准化病人教学模式对健康管理本科生的培训效果。方法选取新疆医科大学健康管理院2018年9月—2021年10月入学的91名健康管理本科生,按自然班级分为对照组与观察组。采取传统教学模式的47名健康管理本科生为对照组,采用对分课堂联合标准化病人教学模式的44名健康管理本科生为观察组,教学观察时间2个月。对比两组学习能力、考核成绩、教学效果满意度。结果观察组学习积极性、学习主动性、理论知识、病例分析、解决问题能力等方面评分及教学效果满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对分课堂联合标准化病人教学模式能够充分调动健康管理本科生的学习积极性与主动性,提高考核成绩及解决问题能力,且具有较高的教学满意度,为健康管理学科教育提供了新模式。
Objective To explore the training effect of the paired classroom combined with the standardized patient teaching mode on the health management undergraduates.Methods A total of 91 health management undergraduates enrolled in the school of health management of Xinjiang Medical University from September 2018 to October 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to natural classes.Fortyseven health management undergraduates who adopted the traditional teaching mode were the control group,and 44 health management undergraduates who adopted the paired classroom combined with the standardized patient teaching mode were the observation group,and the teaching observation time was 2 months.The learning ability,assessment performance and teaching effect satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of learning enthusiasm,learning initiative,theoretical knowledge,case analysis,problem-solving ability and teaching effect satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The dualclassroom combined with the standardized patient teaching model can fully mobilize the learning enthusiasm and initiative of health management undergraduates,improve the assessment performance and problem-solving ability,and has a high teaching satisfaction,which provides a new model for the education of health management disciplines.
