创新型城市水厂建筑景观设计——以雄安新区起步区1#供水厂为例 被引量:1

摘要 雄安新区起步区1#供水厂设计以《河北雄安新区规划纲要》中“坚持世界眼光、国际标准、中国特色、高点定位,坚持生态优先、绿色发展”的要求为指导思想,秉持“去市政化、去工业化”的设计理念,以“饮水思源”为主题,将水厂景观与周边城市公园绿地有机融合,统筹考虑。以建筑景观牵头,在保证工艺流程的基础上,将原本横平竖直的工业厂房做适当扭转,形成曲径路网以呼应整体景观肌理。运用起势、造林、藏楼、补彩、添景的生态建筑学设计手法,营造人工生态景观。雄安新区起步区1#供水厂的建筑景观设计以最先进的设计理念和一流的设计手法,通过海绵城市等技术的广泛运用,建设标杆工程,打造城市建设典范,为创新型城市水厂设计探索了一条可行之路。 The design of No.1 water supply plant in the start-up area of Xiong’an new area sticks to the guidelines of“adhering to the world vision,international standards,Chinese characteristics,high positioning,ecological priority and green development”in the Planning Outline of Xiong’an New Area in Hebei Province,adheres to the design concept of“de-municipal and de-industrialization”and takes“drinking water and thinking of the source”as the theme,and organically integrate the water plant landscape with the surrounding urban park green space.Taking the architectural landscape as the lead,on the basis of ensuring the process flow,the design properly twists the original horizontal and vertical industrial plants to form a curved road network to echo the overall landscape texture.The ecological architectural design techniques of potential,afforestation,Tibetan building,color supplement and landscape addition are used to create an artificial ecological landscape.The architectural landscape design of the No.1 water supply plant in the start-up area of Xiong’an new area builds a benchmark project,creates a model of urban construction and explores a feasible way for the design of innovative urban water plants by using the most advanced design concepts and first-class design technique through the wide application of green building and sponge city technology.
