孤岛工作面窄煤柱掘巷过临空硐室治理技术 被引量:2

摘要 延安市禾草沟煤矿50113工作面为孤岛开采,50113工作面南侧50115工作面回风巷施工期间,倒车硐室布置于工作面保护煤柱内。考虑到孤岛开采所存在的冲击危险,采用窄煤柱沿空掘巷使巷道处于邻近工作面采空区侧向应力降低区以内,从而降低冲击地压危险。50113回风顺槽窄煤柱掘进期间过临空硐室段存在揭露采空区、区段煤柱变窄导致“临空硐室”附近瓦斯积聚、超限,有毒有害气体涌出异常及“临空硐室”段水害、支护困难等问题。通过采用超前瓦斯抽放、超前探放水、超前注浆等方法,实现水与瓦斯超前治理、保证临空硐室充填的密实度强度,确保工作面安全生产。 The 50113 working face of Hecaogou Coal Mine in Yan’an City is an island coal mining.During the construction of the return air roadway of the 50115 working face on the south side of the 50113 working face,the reversing chamber is arranged in the protective coal pillar of the working face.Considering the impact danger of island mining,narrow coal pillar gob-side roadway is adopted to keep the roadway within the lateral stress reduction area of the gob area adjacent to the working face,thereby reducing the risk of rock burst.During the excavation of narrow coal pillar in the 50113 return air roadway,there are problems such as exposing the goaf,narrowing the coal pillar in the section,causing gas accumulation and overrun near the“gob-side chamber”,abnormal emission of toxic and harmful gases,water damage in the“gob-side chamber”section,and supporting difficulties.Through the use of advanced gas drainage,advanced water exploration and drainage,advanced grouting and other methods,the water and gas can be controlled in advance to ensure the compactness and strength of the filling of the gob-side chamber and ensure the safe production of the working face.
