大麦苗期耐盐种质鉴定与评价指标筛选 被引量:1

Identification of Elite Salt-tolerant Barley Germplasms at The Seedling Stage and Screening for Effective Evaluation Indexes

摘要 土壤盐碱化已成为影响我国农业生产的重要问题,筛选耐盐大麦种质对于盐碱土地利用具有重要意义。以292份大麦种质为材料进行苗期耐盐性鉴定,在大麦长至2叶1心期开始胁迫处理,每2d增加1次盐浓度(100-200-300-400-500mmol·L^(-1))至终浓度达到500mmol·L^(-1),待表型出现差异后测定各形态指标,采用主成分分析、隶属函数分析和聚类分析,对大麦种质的耐盐性进行综合评价和归类,并采用逐步回归分析建立了耐盐性预测方程,确立了有效的评价指标。结果表明:处理组与对照组各性状评价指标存在极显著差异,除存活天数和萎蔫系数外,其他7个指标的耐盐系数间均存在着不同程度的相关性。基于回归分析,存活天数、萎蔫系数、相对苗高、相对根条数、相对地上鲜重、相对地下鲜重、相对地上干重可以作为大麦苗期耐盐性评价指标。基于耐盐性综合评价结果,筛选到耐盐性品种66份,中度耐盐品种178份,盐敏感品种43份,盐分极敏感品种5份。这些耐盐品种的鉴定可作为大麦耐盐育种的优异种质资源。 Soil salinity has become a crucial problem restricting the agricultural production in our country,therefore the screening for salt-tolerant barley germplasms is of great significance for the development and utilization of saline-alkali land.In this study,292barley germplasms were selected to evaluate their salt-tolerance at the seedling stage(two leaves and one shoot),and the treatments were set as that the concentrations of salt solutions were increased at every 2 days(100-200-300-400-500mmol·L^(-1))until the final concentration reached 500mmol·L^(-1).The salt-tolerance of barley germplasms was comprehensively evaluated and classified using the principal-component analysis,the membership-function analysis and the cluster analysis.Then the prediction equation for the salttolerance was established by the stepwise-regression analysis,as well as the effective evaluation index.The results showed that there were significant differences in the evaluation indexes between the treatment group and the control group.The salt-tolerance coefficients of seven indexes had shown different degrees of correlation except for the survival-days and the wilting-coefficient.Based on the regression analysis,the survival-days,the wilting-coefficient,the relative-seedling-height,the relative-root-number,the relative-aboveground-fresh-weight,the relative-aboveground-fresh-weight,and the relative-aboveground-dry-weight were proved to be effective evaluation indexes for the salt-tolerance of barley at the seedling stage.Furthermore,based on the comprehensive salttolerance evaluation of tested barley germplasms,66 salt-tolerant varieties,178 moderate-salt-tolerant varieties,43 salt-sensitive varieties and 5 extreme-salt-sensitive varieties were identified.The identification of these salt-tolerant cultivars can be used as excellent germplasm resources for future barley salt-tolerance breeding efforts.
