摘要
合理膳食是保证健康的基础。在慢性病防治方面,倡导健康文明的生活方式尤为必要。为提升单位内部食堂营养健康水平,提升员工食堂健康宣传教育效果,本研究对10家员工食堂宣传教育现状进行了深入调研。通过实地调查员工食堂、访谈负责人、开展问卷调查等方式,调研了就餐区健康宣传信息、菜品营养健康信息、营养健康宣传活动、健康支持工具、宣传人员等内容,并对健康宣传教育内容、方式、人员等方面提出相应建议,以期丰富食堂健康宣教活动,促进员工在繁忙的生活中养成健康的饮食习惯。
Reasonable diet is the basis to ensure health.It is particularly necessary to advocate a healthy and civilized lifestyle to prevent and treat chronic diseases.In order to improve the level of nutrition and health staff canteens and the effect of healthy propaganda and education in staff canteens,the current situation of 10 staff canteens were investigated.The health propaganda information in dining area,nutrition and health information of food,nutritional health campaigns,health supported tools,propaganda personnel and other content were investigated through the field investigation,interview or questionnaire survey.The content,methods and personnel of health propaganda and education were forward to enrich the health education activities in canteens and promote the employees to develop healthy eating habits.
